🥚 5 Day Egg Fast – Day 4: 7 Lbs Down & A Little Reality Check

Whew — 7 pounds down in 4 days, and my body is still responding so well to this fast. 🙌

But today wasn’t without its little wake-up call…


I felt a small headache creeping in, and right away I knew what it meant: dehydration.When you're losing inflammation and flushing your system, your body needs even more water and electrolytes than usual.
