The Recipe

Here’s how to make these delicious Carnivore Breakfast Bombs:

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 lbs pork sausage

  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. I find that using my hands to knead the mixture works best.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking rack (or directly on foil-lined baking sheets).

  4. Bake for 25 minutes.

Your recipe doesn’t specify. What size are the meatballs? Did you use a small cookie scoop? Or larger? With 3 lbs of meat and at 208 calories per ball, I’m thinking they must be pretty large.
