I'll continue eating low-carb, nutrient-dense meals that keep my energy high and blood sugar stable. The biggest lesson from this reset? My body responds beautifully when I actually listen to it.
I don’t need to overthink it — just stay consistent, reduce stress, and stay hydrated. This is the vibe I’m taking forward.

I’ll also be shifting my focus to building and maintaining lean muscle — because muscle is metabolically protective and absolutely essential as we age.That means:
