Two reasons I LOVE this recipe… it’s easy and makes my husband happy as he love rosemary.
In a bowl combine
1 ½ tbsp of olive oil,
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp of pepper
Whisk together
Cover 6 thinly sliced pork chops in the mixture and massage into them.
In a separate bowl, combine 4 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp of dried rosemary
Cook pork chops for 3 minutes on both sides at med heat.
When done, put a dollop of the butter on top and serve with a great side like the Keto Scalloped
