This was SUPER tasty but I had to guess on this recipe as the original poster only gave it to ya if you bought her food plan.
Rude! But anyway, add a half a stick of butter to the bottom of your cast iron skillet and place a head of cabbage on top.
Add cream cheese, more butter heavy whipping cream, garlic and salt and pepper and bake for 40 minutes on the middle rack.
Once done, I put on medium high heat and add your smoked sausage. I cooked mine on the skillet with Slap Ya Mama seasoning.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
The left overs were EVEN better.
Ingredients
1 head of cabbage
1 stick of butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cup HWC
1 tbsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
14 oz smoked sausage (or sausage of your choice)
Slap yo Mama Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
