Low Carb Breakfast Pizza Wrap

If you are eating low carb, save this recipe.  I love being able to mix up my meal plan with simple, delicious options like this.

Recipes like this are what helped me to lose 70 lbs and keep it off for over 7 years.


Start with spraying a pan and adding pre-cooked sausage crumbles to just warm  it up.  Remove the sausage and spray the pan again and place a low carb tortilla in it.  How lucky are we that low carb tortillas are a thing now.  7 years ago, they were much harder to find.


Top with some sliced mozzarella cheese, I used 3 slices and then add you sausage back.


Sprinkle with some Italian seasoning and then add some low carb pizza or marinara sauce.  I use the Raos brand.


Take out of the pan and cut in half.


This is sooo yummy and super filling. 


I actually love making this and giving half to my husband and eating with some scrambled eggs.


Ingredients:

Low Carb Tortilla

Crumbled Breakfast Sausage

Italian Seasoning

Sliced Mozzarella

Low Carb Pizza Sauce (Raos)
