Low Carb Buffalo Chicken


If simple, low carb recipes are what you need be sure to save this Buffalo Chicken recipe.  Start with 3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts and add a block of softened cream cheese, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of chunky blue cheese dressing and 1 cup of hot sauce and mix really well.


Next place in a casserole dish and smooth out, bake this at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.


Once done there is so much you can do with this.  Use it as a dip, wrap in a low carb tortilla, place on an avocado or just eat with a fork.

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken:

3 chicken breasts

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

¼ cup chicken broth

Cook on high for 15 minutes

 

Buffalo Chicken

3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts

8 oz cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing

1 cup Reds Hot Sauce

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes


*** I always have some shredded chicken in the fridge as it's great to use for so many simple recipes through the week.
