Low Carb Chicken Arrabbiata


I lost 70 lbs eating dinners just like this and the best part, my family loves it too.

I started with putting shredded chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish.


The amount of the seasoning is up to you, don’t overthink it.  You can’t screw this up.


Next cover with ricotta cheese and spread out evenly then pour a jar of Rao’s Arrabbiata sauce

Lastly, I cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.


Bake this at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients:

3 shredded chicken breasts (recipe in my other videos)

15 oz ricotta cheese

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Shredded parmesan cheese
