Low Carb Chicken Fried Rice
Start with cooking 2 scrambled eggs and set aside.
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp butter
In a skillet cook your diced chicken with seasoning until cooked through and set aside.
2 lbs diced chicken
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Next cook your cauliflower rice, veggies (which you can leave out if you want lower carbs) seasoning, green onion, coconut aminos and sesame oil for 3-5 minutes and then add the scrambled eggs and chicken back in.

2 cups frozen cauliflower
¼ cup frozen veggies
1 chopped green onion
Salt and pepper taste
2 tsp swerve
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp ginger
3 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp sesame oil
