Low Carb Chicken & Spinach Alfredo


This low carb meal was a hit with the whole family and super simple for a busy life.

I cooked diced chicken in butter and added Italian Seasoning


After placing in a baking dish I added 2 cups of frozen spinach and covered with low carb alfredo sauce. Of course you can always make your own as well. I topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, some crushed pork rinds (again, you can make your own) and grated parmesan cheese.


Baked at 375 for 25 minutes and served over top some low carb’ish noodles called Carba’ nada.


So yummy!


Ingredients

3 chicken breasts diced

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 cups frozen spinach

15 oz jar of low carb alfredo sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese

Top over Carba-nada noodles (I did only ½ serving of noodles)

Do you have the macros listed somewhere for each meal? I am hoping to not have to calculate the macros myself. You have wonderful recipes.
