Low Carb Crack Biscuits

These biscuits are so tasty and great addition to any low carb meal! Be sure to save it for later.


Microwave shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for 1 minute and stir until smooth.


Add baking powder, eggs, ranch mix and almond flour and mix it all together.


Lastly add your bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.


Roll into balls and place in sprayed pan then refrigerate for 10 minutes.


After, place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.


Brush with some butter after and enjoy!


Ingredients:

4 oz cream cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tsp baking powder

3 eggs

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 ½ cups almond flour

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped cooked bacon
