
Low Carb Fruit Pizza
Perfect Low Carb treat for Summer!
Crust:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp cream cheese
Microwave for 60 seconds. Stir then microwave another 60 seconds.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 egg. Combine well, roll into ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Spread on to baking pan and bake at 375°for 10 minutes and let cool
Topping:
8 Oz cream cheese softened
3 Tbsp butter softened
1/2 cup HWC
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth
Spread over cooled crust and top with your fave low carb fruit. For me it’s strawberries and blueberries.
