Low Carb’ish Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Just tried this viral Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie and I’m SHOOK, it’s so good! My whole family quickly finished this off, even the NON low carbers.


First I poured a bottle of Core Power Chocolate Protein in a bowl and then added a box of sugar free chocolate pudding and 3 HEAPING tablespoons of PB Powder and mixed for a couple of minutes with a hand mixer.  Ya wanna keep this up adding air into the mixture and getting it to firm up a bit.


Next I poured into a chocolate pecan and walnut pie crust.  Now I tried to find just a regular pecan crust but they were sold out everywhere in my town which I’m not upset about because that means my community is health conscience and that makes me happy. 


Of course don’t forget to lick the spoon, it’s one of the great joys in life.


Next I placed in the fridge for an hour and lastly topped with cool whip and crumbed Quest Peanut Butter Cups.


Ingredients:

Pecan Crust

1.4 oz box of sugar free chocolate pudding mix

14 oz bottle of chocolate https://amzn.to/406GcAa

3 HEAPING tablespoons PB powder

Combine with electric mixer for several minutes.

Pour into crust and refrigerate for 1 hour

Top with

Cool Whip
