Low Carb Jalapeno Popper & Chicken Dinner


If you are low carb or keto and want a dinner recipe with a kick, this is it!  My family was raving about this one, be sure to save it.


Cube 4 boneless chicken breasts and cook in 2 tbsp of butter.  Add a package of ranch seasoning.


While cooking, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese with ½ cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of Slap Ya Mama seasoning and mix well.


Pour the chicken into the bottom of a greased casserole dish and then put the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out.  This was my last meal before a 5 day egg fast and it did NOT disappoint.


Cover with 4 chopped and deseeded jalapenos and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese


Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes


Cook up 5 slices of bacon.


Take your casserole out and covered with crumbled bacon.

½ cup HWC

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp of Slap Ya Mama seasoning (optional)

4 chopped jalapenos

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

5 slices of bacon (crumbled)
