Okay, these were way better than I even imagined. The family was literally fighting over them.
Start with mixing up cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, jalapenos, bacon and dried parsley .
Spoon into your mushrooms which have been cleaned and stems removed.
Pro Tip is to pre bake the mushrooms face down for 5 minutes to help remove moisture.
Top with some more cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Ingredients:
· Approximately 17 portobello mushrooms
· 8 oz cream cheese, softened
· 8 sliced of bacon, crumbled
· 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
· 3 jalapenos, chopped
· 1 tsp minced garlic
· 1 tbsp dried parsley
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Additional shredded cheese for topping
