Low Carb Lasagna


 Low Carb Lasagna


Finally found a low carb recipe that actually tastes like lasagna.  Be sure to save this one.

This is a double recipe for my whole family so I started with ½ chopped onion sauted, 2 lbs of ground beef and seasoning.  This is what speaks Italian to me, Flavor God Garlic Lover and Italian Seasoning.


Next I added a jar of low carb marinara sauce and let simmer on low for 5 minutes.


I cut these egg white wraps into strips.  They can be used for so many things.


I placed them in a sprayed baking dish then topped with 1/2 the ground beef, spread out some ricotta cheese, topped with more strips, placed the rest of the ground beef on that and then covered with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese and baked at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.


Sooo good!


Ingredients

½ chopped onion

2 lbs ground beef

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp Garlic Lover by Flavor God

24 oz jar of Carbone Marinara Sauce

5 egg white wraps cut into strips

15 oz ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
