Low Carb Mint Chocolate Mug Cake!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp low carb sweetener

  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 large egg, whisked

  • 1/2 tsp mint extract


Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

  2. Add melted butter, whisked egg, and mint extract. Stir well until smooth.

  3. Microwave for at least one minute, or until the cake is set.

  4. Top with sugar-free chocolate chips and Rediwhip (or make your own whipped cream) for extra indulgence.
