Low Carb, One Pan SIMPLE Dinner
This is a great meal for people who are low carb and want something simple yet full of flavor!
Side note… for browner sausage, cook in the skillet for a few minutes on each side before adding all the other ingredients.
Ingredients
1 lbs peeled and deveined large shrimp
14 Oz pork or chicken sausage
1 sliced zucchini
1 red pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 yellow pepper
1 bunch asparagus tips
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (I like Slap Ya Mama - found in my Amazon store, link in my bio)
Cook on medium/high heat for 5-7 minutes.
