Low Carb Puppy Chow
This is in the TOP 10 things I’ve ever made low carb! I made this for the holidays and had to share.
In a bowl melt 7 oz of sugar free chocolate chips with 6 tbsp of butter in the microwave. Cook at 45 second intervals stirring in between so it doesn’t burn. Once smooth add vanilla and low sugar peanut butter and stir until completely melted.
I used 2 5 oz bags of pork rinds and placed in a large bowl. Next pour the chocolate on top of the pork rinds and fold it all together slowly. You don’t want to break up the pork rinds too much.
Eating low carb doesn’t have to be hard. If you want sweets, ya just have to get creative. I’ve lost 70 lbs sticking to low carb and using the right supplements that help with appetite control and energy.
Place some parchment paper on the counter and pour the pork rinds out and lay them flat. Next you are going to sprinkle with powered sweetener. I used the Swerve brand. I used a spatula and flip them and cover with more powered sweetener.

These are so good and tastes like the real thing. They didn’t last long in our house and were a great substitution for the traditional sugary treats.
I also added some sugar free M&M's for color and well... yum! lol!
