Simple Carnivore Dinner


One of my favorite things about Carnivore is how simple it is.


This dinner was not only simple but made enough for my husband and I to have dinner and we’ll have left overs tomorrow with some scrambled eggs.


This is just 1 lb of ground pork sausage, cook then set aside. Then brown 2 lbs of ground beef adding 4 tablespoons of butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 

Good quality mineral salt is essential in a carnivore diet.  Pepper and garlic powder can be omitted if you are more Lion’s Diet which is a very strict version of Carnivore.


Since starting this diet again, I feel so alert all day!  I think the brain focus is by far my favorite benefit.  But there are many including increased energy and of course fat loss.  It’s hard to explain but I just feel good, as if this is the way I was always meant to feel.


Once done add the sausage back to the pan and combine.


Spoon into a bowl and top with a little bit of grated parmesan cheese.


Simple, filling, full of protein and fat that our bodies need.

1 lbs pork sausage

2 lbs ground beef

4 tbsp butter

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Grated parmesan cheese
