This is just ONE of our family’s stuffed pepper recipes. For sure the most SIMPLE
Brown 1 lb of hamburger with ½ cup of chopped onion
Add 1 tbsp Pizza Pasta magic or you could use Italian Seasoning
You can also add a can of diced tomatoes here… but my son asked me not too.
Add in one bag of frozen cauliflower rice and stir for 3 minutes
Hollow out 6 bell peppers in a greased casserole dish
Spoon in the meat mixture
Top with some Rao’s low carb marinara sauce, pour the rest in the dish
Cover with mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
If you like your peppers softer, boil them for 10 minutes before cooking.
